Inc. (an eBay company) as
our premiere hosted merchant services to handle all our online payment/transaction
services. Once you're set up with PayPal we think you'll agree that
it's easy to use, while affording you the comfort, safety and security
that a reputable and established eBay company can provide.
We accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal web-site
orders. Unfortunately we do not accept certified cheques
or money orders for payment. We ship out merchandise as soon
as possible from the moment we receive your order. Shipping cost
is calculated using one fee for anywhere continental U.S.A and Canada,
per item purchased. Currently, our Canadian and Continental USA
shipping cost is $9 USD, per item. The normal
time frame for delivery is 1-3 weeks within Canada, 2-4 weeks in
U.S.A. Customers will be notified by Email should there be any delays
due to stock availability.
Applicable taxes
are included in the $9 shipping fee. Due to the uncertainty of duty
charges for goods crossing the USA border from Canada, any applicable
duty charges for shipments are not included in the shipping cost
quoted when you order. This charge, if any, is the responsibility
of the destination's recipient, however unlikey this is to happen.
All Visa and
Mastercard transactions will appear on your credit card statement
as:
"KLC
- PayPal Inc.".

We stand behind

If, for whatever reason, you want to return the item(s) you have
purchased we will give you 100% refund on the price you bought
the item(s) for. All you need to do is return the item to us within
30 days of purchase of the item.
Customers should
contact us immediately for return instructions
and an RMA number, should the shipment arrive defective or
broken during transportation. We will replace the item & reship
at no cost to you.
Customer is
responsible for return postage and insurance. Returned items must
be postmarked within 30 days from date of invoice. Food products
and foot massagers are ineligible for returns.
Best effort
should be made for return merchandise to be packed in original carton
and packing material, together with a note of explanation. Please
use insured parcel post and keep all insurance receipts until your
account has been properly credited.
We can only accept returned merchandise if it is in unused and in
original condition. Your funds will be credited in full. Improperly
returned or used merchandise may not be accepted. Customer can enquire
about order status and returns by email.
