Are prices displayed in $US ? Will I be charged in $US or
$Candian?
A. On this site, all prices are currently only available
in U$ dollars. All prices displayed (including shipping and
taxes) will be in $US and you will be charged in $US.
Example 1: If your total charges displayed on
your shopping cart is $55.90, and you are paying with a $US
credit card, you will be charged $55.90 US. That’s the amount
that will appear on your credit card statement.
Example 2: If your total charges displayed on
your shopping cart is $55.90, and you are paying with a $Canadian
credit card, you will be charged at the current exchange rate
that your credit card company is providing. This exchange
rate will vary and subsequently, a $Canadian total dollar
cannot be provided here in this example.

Do I have to worry about customs and duties?
A. No you don’t. We have taken care of that. Whatever

What happens after I've placed an online order?
A. After your order is received, we will process it within
one (1) business day. We will notify you by e-mail, if for
some reason, your order can not be filled.

Why isn't my browser working with your site?
A. Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant
browser. We recommend using Netscape 3.02 (or later) or Microsoft
IE 3.02 (or later). Version 3.01 of both browsers incorrectly
displays "transfer interrupted" when retrieving information
from our databases. For AOL users, either the 3.0 or 4.0 AOL
client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL client for Macs is recommended.
Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies."

Why is my order empty?
A. Your browser could be configured to not accept "cookies."
This site uses cookies to keep items added to an order "attached"
to the correct shopper. Cookies also save you from having
to type in all of your billing information every time you
order. You can change the option to accept cookies in your
browser's preferences.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?
A. By transmitting over the Internet using SSL, all of
your personal information, including your credit card number,
is encrypted. When your browser is in secure mode, you will
notice a blue bar at the top of the page and an unbroken key

How do I order online?
A. We strive to make ordering online as easy as possible.
When shopping online, simply add an item to your order basket
from any product page by either selecting 'express lane' or
'checkout' or you can continue to shop, your items will be
stored within your virtual shopping basket. When you proceed
to check out, don't forget to select any product selection
requirements such as size, color, or symbol. Also select your
quantity and click "order item." Then, follow the on-screen
directions.

There is no reason for alarm as parts of these pages are generated
by our payment gateway computers. These computers ensure the

about the time you order an item, you may see a pop up screen
indicating that your order has been confirmed and that your
basket is being cleared. This is normal and a safe shopping
basket clearing practise.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased,

Which countries are you currently shipping your products to?
A. Unfortunately, at this time we can only process orders
placed within the continental United States of America and
Canada. If you are not from either of these two countries,
we apologize for any inconvience and hope that we will shortly
be able to reach more international countries.
