Who is MadeInTheOrient.com?
There are two
partners that make up Made In The Orient and a handful of freelancers.
The founders include Teresa Chiu and William Beacon. Bolth of them make
an excellent blend of many years of real world business experience
with a splash of modern day pizzazz. But before we talk about them,
let's tell you a quick story of how "Made In The Orient"
came to be.
Bill and Teresa
met through mutual friends. One day both of them started
talking about creating a different sort of place on the internet.
One where, people could go shop for things that were otherwise hard
to find or lacked the historical/cultural significance behind the
product they displayed. And they wanted to bring this shopping experience
right to their customers from the convenience of their homes. After
several years of hard work.. Made In The Orient was born.
Today, they
are proud to bring you.... MadeInTheOrient.com.
